Ol' Muddy Water
I traveled all the way to Jackson Hole, Wyoming to reconnect with my Missouri roots performing the stage adaptation of Mark Twain’s classic tale “The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn.” The score of Big River is breathtaking, with really moving moments of dialogue. I was able to perform Harmonica and Mandolin for the production aside from playing Widow Douglas, Joanna Wilkes, and my favorite, Sally Phelps.

Speaking of favorites, I performed in the Town Square shoot out this summer - which I wrote! I was originally Helena Hellwater but ended up swinging in as every female role in the shoot out. You can watch our final shoot out of the season on my IGTV below! A blast.

And each season I get braver and braver singing in the playhouse’s attached restaurant, the Saddle Rock Saloon. This summer’s favorites were Patsy Cline’s “Crazy” and Dolly Parton’s “Jolene”. A summer I shall not soon forget.
